Second floor: bedroom with triple beds (can also be one double bed and one single); double bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower, basin and WC); separate WC; bathroom (bath with shower over and basin). Each bedroom has access to a balcony.
The bedrooms are comfortably large, with the ground floor bedroom being 15 sq.m. and the others being between 10 and 15 sq.m. in size.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 stools and is equipped with an electric oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, combi-oven/microwave, 2 small fridges (one with a small freezer compartment), dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The dining area has a table which can accommodate at least 12 people and French door to the deck at the side of the chalet. There is a log fire in the sitting area, UK satellite TV, a DVD player, CD player, wifi and comfortable seating for at least 12.
The hot tub is at the rear of the property on the patio facing south and west, and may be accessed via a door on the ground floor (towelling robes and separate towels for use with the hot tub are not provided).
The chalet is on a private access road with no passing traffic and children may play safely outside.
There is a stock of logs for the use of guests and there is parking for 2 to 3 cars.
The nearest lift is in La Turche, a 10 minute walk away, or it is also just 10 minutes’ walk to the main Chavannes lifts in the village. A free shuttle bus stops within 50m of the chalet on the main route de la Turche and runs regularly into the centre.
The owners of this chalet live in the adjacent chalet and own Blanc Sports in the village, from where you may hire skis and boots at a 10% discount and leave them in their shop overnight.
This chalet is not available to rent in the summer.
