Ground floor: shower room (shower and basin) with washing machine and condenser dryer; iron and ironing board; garage; sauna, separate WC.

First floor: one double bedroom; one bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for larger teenagers and adults, as well as children); bathroom (jacuzzi bath; shower with body jets; basin); two separate WCs; kitchen; living room with sitting area and dining area and two sliding doors to the balcony facing south and west.

Second floor: one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; bathroom (WC and basin).

The kitchen has an eye-level electric oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, small fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The living room has a log fire, TV (French channels only) with DVD player, seating for 8 and a dining table seating 8.

The sauna is available for an additional payment of 150 euros per week. Robes and separate towels for use with the sauna are not provided.

The balcony has views onto a large grassed garden surrounded by tall hedges and has a wooden table seating 6 and chairs. The chalet is on the main Chavannes road, but children may play safely in the private enclosed garden.

The large garage affords plenty of storage space for ski equipment and mountain bikes and a stock of logs for the fire is kept outside the front door.

There is parking for 3 cars.

In winter, 5 min walking/ski-shuffling shortcut off the nearest corner up the Chavannes road through to the Gibannaz road offers the most immediate access to and from the Chavannes piste.

Alternatively, a free shuttle bus stops almost outside the chalet for a brief ride of a few minutes either down the hill into Les Gets or up the hill to the Les Folliets chair-lift, giving access to the rest of the Portes du Soleil region.

In summer, the swimming lake is a 15 min walk via the shortcut mentioned above. A free shuttle bus also runs up and down the Chavannes road.
